It is my absolute pleasure to talk to you about Jake whom I have known for many years. As his coach, I was really tough on him, but he never quit. In fact, he started to train with me even more.
He is a sponge when it comes to learning the game of basketball. With 4 older brothers he’s taken something from each one and put it in his basketball toolbox. Jake is very versatile player with sneaky athleticism. At 6’4 with great footwork he is an inside outside player who can score at all 3 levels.
Last but not least, Jake is a very hard working and soft-spoken young man. He’s an awesome student athlete that represents his family and community to the fullest.

Jake is most likely the best basketball player to come through CPHS ever. I have watched this kid since he was in elementary school, and predicted he would beat the all-time scoring record of almost 2,000 points. In addition to scoring, he sees the court better than anyone and makes his teammates better.
